Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made-to-order through our print partners, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if there is any issue with the quality of your order, we will replace it or refund you according to the policy below.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 10 Days of receiving your order.

Please send:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the problem

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.


Order Not Received

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us.
We will help investigate with the carrier. In most cases, Our Print Partners offer a one-time free replacement, if properly verified.

If the carrier determines the address was invalid or incomplete, we cannot issue a free replacement. A new order may be required.


Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer returns or refunds in cases where:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color

  • You changed your mind

  • The item does not fit as expected

  • You no longer want the product

Since each item is custom printed when ordered, we cannot restock or resell returned items.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they go into production.
Once printing begins, we cannot cancel or change the order.


Exchanges

Because items are custom printed individually, we do not offer exchanges.
If the product was defective or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost.
