Once an order goes into production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If a package shows as delivered but is not received, customers must contact us for assistance.

Because items are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Change of mind

We will replace or refund defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 10 days of delivery and provide photos showing the issue.
