At sixorseven apparel, all products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our print partners through Printify (or other 3rd party vendors). This allows us to offer high-quality, custom items without holding inventory. Please read the details below regarding processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing Time

All items are made-to-order.
Typical production time is:

2–7 business days
(Varies depending on the product and the print provider)

Production may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods.


Shipping Times

Once an item is produced, it is shipped by the print provider’s selected carrier. Typical delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or regional issues.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship via:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Local/regional carriers (depending on provider and destination)

Because we work with multiple production partners, the carrier used may vary per order.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

This is normal because different products may be produced by different Printify print partners in different locations.

You will receive separate tracking numbers where applicable.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Destination

  • Print provider shipping rates

We may offer:

  • Free shipping over $50.00 (When Applicable)

  • Promotional shipping discounts
    (as applicable)


Wrong or Insufficient Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missing apartment or suite number

  • Customer refusal

We are not responsible for reshipping costs.
A new order may need to be placed at the customer’s expense.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email (when tracking is available).
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the item is shipped.

Some international shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Contact us at info@sixorsevenapparel.com

  2. We will help investigate with the print provider and the carrier.

Printify (or other print partners) typically offers one free replacement for orders lost in transit.
Packages marked as delivered but missing may require a claim with the carrier.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We may provide a free replacement or refund in accordance with policy.


International Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot control or estimate these charges.
